Do You Carry Liquor Liability Insurance?

Many venues mandate that your chosen bar service holds Liability Insurance. We have this necessary liability insurance with coverage to 2 million dollars. Upon request, we can supply proof of our insurance at no extra cost, designating your venue or clubhouse as an additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance (COI). Our coverage includes Liquor Liability & General Liability.

Do You Provide Alcohol?

Unfortunately, we do not provide alcohol due to local restrictions. However, we offer a variety of other items to make your event a success. If you have questions about our offerings, feel free to ask!

Are Your Bartenders & Servers ServSafe® / ABC / TIPS Certified?

Certainly! Yes, our bartenders and servers hold certifications from ABC, TIPS, ServSafe®, or their state equivalents. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training program by the National Restaurant Association, accredited by ANSI the Conference for Protection.

How Do You Staff My Event?

We use a thorough application vetting process to recruit skilled, professional bartenders across the regions we serve. While our management team is based in South Florida, the bartender assigned to your event will reside within twenty (20) mile radius of your location. Our extensive network of vetted and hired bartenders is ready to work at our events. We 100% guarantee that your professional staff will arrive on time, looking clean and professional!

Will My Bartender Arrive Early?

Staff will arrive 45-60 minutes before your event starts to set up and will only begin the breakdown at the agreed time. This additional time spent at your venue is separate from hours of bartending service you requested.

Do You Provide Ice, Cups, Mixers, etc?

We provide a range of a la carte bartending packages, from Bartender-Only options to All-Inclusive packages (excluding alcohol). You have the choice to supply all necessary items like ice, cups, mixers, garnishes, straws, and napkins, or we can supply them as required. Check out all our available add-on packages at 

9. What Exactly Will You Bring To My Event?

No matter which package you select, we will always provide the following items for your event (unless you choose to supply them Bar Tools such as Wine Key, Bottle Openers, Spill Mats, Pour Spouts, Cocktail Shakers, Cutting Board & Knife, Ice Bucket & Scoop.

Can Your Bartenders Make Signature Cocktails at My Event?

Absolutely! We can assist you in selecting signature cocktails or themed for any occasion, including birthdays, corporate events, or holiday parties. Our bartender(s) will be well-prepared and knowledgeable in crafting them.

What Factors Affect The Cost of Bartending Services?

The cost of our services is influenced by several factors, including the number of guests, the duration of service required, and add-ons you choose.

How Do I Pay the Deposit?

To secure your event date booking, we require a 50% deposit payment. The deposit can be made securely via Debit or Credit card through our online website payment system. We also accept PayPal, Zelle & Venmo. The remaining balance for service will be paid via Credit/Debit card, Zelle or Venmo the week of your event. Aside from bartender gratuity, we do not accept cash for deposits or balance payments.

What is Your Bartender No-Show Policy?

If the bartender or server assigned to your event encounters an emergency (such as illness or an accident) and is unable to attend, we have multiple backup staff in every region we do business. In the unlikely event our backup staff also be unavailable you will receive a full refund of your payment (including deposit and/or balance) within 48 hrs..

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

If your event is cancelled or postponed and occurs 21 days or more in the future, all deposits and payments made to Elevated Spirits and Spreads are fully refundable or can be transferred to another available date.

 

If your event cancelled or postponed with less than 21 days’ notice, deposits and payments to Elevated Spirits and Spreads are 50% refundable or can be fully transferred to another available date.

 

If your event is cancelled or postponed less than 72 hours’ notice, deposits and payments made to Elevated Spirits and Spreads are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available date.

 

*Important Note – Cancelling or transferring your event within ten (10) days of the scheduled date will incur a $100 administration fee.
